Job Description:
Join a compassionate and growing geriatric primary care practice in Tulsa, OK, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to our aging population. As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care for geriatric patients. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with no weekend or evening shifts.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive geriatric care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions

Conduct routine physical exams, medication management, and preventive care

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies
Qualifications:

Licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Oklahoma

At least 1 year of experience in geriatrics, primary care, or internal medicine
