Nocturnist APP in St Louis MO

Job Title: Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) and Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Hospitalist)
Locations: St. Louis, MO & St. Charles, MO

We are seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers (NP or PA) to join our Hospitalist team in St. Louis, MO and St. Charles, MO. These positions include Nocturnist and Lead APP roles, with opportunities for both night and swing shifts.

Position Highlights:

Nocturnist NP/PA (Nights Only)

• Location: St. Louis, MO

• Nights only; swing shift position available at St. Charles, MO

• Must be ACNP trained and boarded or PA with inpatient experience

• Minimum 6 months of post-training experience required

• Compensation: $150,000 base salary plus lucrative WRVU-based incentive after 4 months

• $20,000 commencement bonus

Lead APP (NP/PA)

• Location: Either St. Louis or St. Charles, MO

• Day or swing shift options

• Must have at least 3 years of hospitalist experience

• Leadership responsibilities, guiding and mentoring APP team members

• Compensation: $160,000 base salary plus incentive bonuses

Requirements:

• Licensed NP (ACNP) or PA with inpatient experience

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced hospitalist environment

• Minimum 6 months of post-training clinical experience

• Strong organizational and leadership skills for Lead APP candidates
