Job Title : Credentialing Manager
Location : Charlotte, Hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office
Job Type : Full-time
Providence Anesthesiology Associates (PAA) is seeking a dedicated Credentialing Manager to lead our team in handling credentialing and recredentialing applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing policies for accurate verification, managing an online credentialing database, analyzing reports to improve processes, and preparing files for the credentialing committee. This role may also involve liaising with state medical licensure boards.
- Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team handling credentialing and recredentialing applications
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Implement policies for accurate verification of credentials
- Manage an online credentialing database efficiently
- Analyze reports to identify areas for process improvement
- Prepare files for the credentialing committee
- Liaise with state medical licensure boards as needed
- Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least two years of experience in credentialing, compliance, and project management
- Leadership experience, managing a team and processes
- One of the following certifications : CPES, CPCS, or CPMSM
