Our Enrichment Program Apprentice (EPA) will work alongside our enrichment specialist with dogs who are enrolled in our standard daycare & boarding programs and those that are not in our daycare program.
Job Details :
- The EPA will work directly with our specialist in our enrichment room, and work with our dogs who need more specialized attention and care or are looking for one on one time in a learning atmosphere.
- This may include daycare & boarding dogs who do not enjoy a group play setting, and the enrichment program dogs who get time outside in our play yards to explore and play.
- The EPA must be able to work closely with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. The EPA position can be physically demanding, with most of your time spent on the move and on your feet.
- Our EPA should be able to handle large & giant breed dogs who may still be brushing up on their leash and social manners.
- You must love dogs and have a passion for dog behavior, training, and making dogs' lives better!
