Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize warehouse layout, considering safety, stock turns, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse warehouse team
- Oversee shipping and receiving of finished goods and raw materials
- Conduct and reconcile periodic inventories
- Implement and maintain safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance
- Drive process improvements and standardize procedures
- Manage expenses and negotiate with vendors
- Participate in team initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration
- 5 years of Warehouse and/or Production Supervision/Management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills
- Experience with inventory management systems and RF/Bar Code technology
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
