Pierre Mitsubishi of Everett is looking for an outgoing, responsible, and motivated full-time Receptionist for our fast-paced car dealership. The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule, extroverted personality and can start right away.
· Customer service-oriented multitasker for our fast-paced environment to greet/check-in clients.
· Answer phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate department
· Perform lots of daily cleaning and assist our busy team of sales consultants.
· Greeting and assisting customers
· Answering multiline phone system
· Directing calls to the correct department/person
· Taking messages or directing calls to voicemails/cell phones
· Paging extensions/people over the intercom
· Cashiering customers from parts, service, and finance
· Handling cash, check, and charge transactions
· Noting down customer information and calling customers when their plates have arrived.
· Helping other departments with various projects

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong proofreading and data entry skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
