Job Description:
Hermiston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Porter. As a Service Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles to and from the service area.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area by regularly sweeping and removing debris.
- Assist service technicians with moving vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, refilling fluids, and replacing light bulbs.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and labeled for identification.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
