Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. You will utilize your expertise in various laboratory techniques and data analysis skills to ensure accurate results while adhering to strict quality control standards.

Duties

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests, including assays and blood sampling, to provide critical data for patient care.
• Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection techniques with precision and care.
• Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data entry, tracking samples, and maintaining laboratory records.
• Execute RNA extraction and other molecular biology techniques as required for specific tests.
• Analyze test results, interpret data, and communicate findings to healthcare professionals effectively.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols within the clinical laboratory setting.
• Participate in research laboratory projects as needed, contributing to the advancement of laboratory practices.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to laboratory equipment or testing procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $26.23 - $30.34 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

• Vaccination Record: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• MLA (ASCP) (Required)
