Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Product Handler (Deburr) . This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is Sunday thru Friday .

This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is 3rd shift, Sunday - Friday 10 : 30p.m. - 7 : 00a.m . Our facility is located at 1204 W. 20th Street, Okmulgee, OK 74447 . Hourly Rate of Pay : $14.69-$21.87 per hour with occasional overtime available. An additional $2.40 for shift differential .

Objective :

The position of product handler is responsible for polishing, grinding, sanding, and other forms of finishing of metals using hand tools that include orbital sanders, polish wheels, and spray nozzles.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

• Participate in seeking new and innovative ways to perform job. Make recommendations and participate in initiating those changes.
• Train and coach employees in how to improve performance in all areas of wash and deburr.
• Be capable to perform all assigned tasks from start to finish with minimal instruction.
• Develop good problem-solving skills.
• Complete assignments on schedule while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
• Perform and assist others to perform to the set efficiency standards set forth by the company for your work group.
• Ensure the proper handling and disposal of all hazardous and nonhazardous waste used.
• Develop a high level of work organization skills.
• Must be able to learn and maintain the proper chemical balances in the phosphate wash system.

Qualifications :

Arrowhead Winch Inc. is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employees are working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment. Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist and hold hands above head. Must be able to lift 60 pounds, push / pull a minimum of 75 pounds and stand on your feet 8-10 hours per day.
