Requisition Summary
Silicon Valley Innovation Center has an opening for a Mobility Strategy - Advanced Technology & New Business Models Intern to add to our Silicon Valley team in Sunnyvale, California.This is a high-visibility and high-impact internship. Output from this internship will culminate in presentations to PACCAR senior leadership and be used to inform future product and business decisions. This role is at the intersection of technology, business and commercial vehicles mobility. In this role, you will work closely with the Innovation Center's Managing Director of Innovation Business Development and his team on key strategic questions of high importance to PACCAR's future.
Duration and Location :
This internship is for 10- to 12-week, full-time, and exclusively in-person activity. Specific start and end dates are flexible. The internship will be at our Silicon Valley office in Sunnyvale, California. For this internship position, the hourly range is $25-30 with a 30% COLA.The hourly rate is determined by several factors including, but not limited to relevant industry and function benchmarking, academic and professional excellence, and local market conditions.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limitedto :
- Structure and right-size ambiguous business problems of high importance to PACCAR's future.
- Develop and implement, as applicable, action plans to solve these high-visibility problems using both quantitative and qualitative analyses, stakeholder interviews and cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the PACCAR senior leadership.
