PACCAR seeks a highly motivated second-year law student to join its Corporate Law Department inBellevue, WA, for a full-time summer internship.

Internships are scheduled to begin in early to mid-June 2025

Responsibilities will include assisting PACCAR's legal team with document review and legal research on issues relevant to ongoing litigation and transactional matters. Assignments may involve the following areas: product liability, employment issues, non-disclosure agreements, and other contracts, franchise law, real estate, corporate finance, licensing renewals, and intellectual property.

The successful candidate must be a current first-year law student, possess superior analytical skills, excel at writing, enjoy tasks requiring attention to detail, and be resourceful, articulate, and passionate about business and law.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior corporate or insurance industry experience, a degree or training in mechanical or electrical engineering, experience resolving consumer complaints, a background in manufacturing, or any combination of the above.
