Job Functions / Responsibilities
This position will assist in the Study, Analysis, Development and Documentation of Plant Assembly processes.The job also includes assistance in Continuous Improvement Efforts focusing on; Departmental Quality Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Improvement Projects, Line Balance Optimization and Improvements in Overall Departmental Efficiency. It is a temporary position.
- Study, and analyze plant assembly processes
- Development and document plant assembly processes
- Flexibility to address special projects as they arise
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts focusing on :
o Departmental improvement quality projects
o Line Balance optimization
o Ergonomic Improvement projects
o Overall departmental efficiency improvements

Qualifications and Skills
The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in an EngineeringProgram and have completed theirSophomore year of College.
Excellent technical, verbal, written and presentations skills.Proven problem solving skills are required.Ability to work in a self-directed environment is preferred.
