Our client is a fast-growing and dynamic company in need of an experienced professional to oversee their warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a small but highly impactful team and take ownership of key operational processes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Manage a team of 4 staff, including 2 Operations Administrators and 2 Warehouse Operators. Ensure productivity and high performance across all warehouse functions.
- Inventory Control : Oversee stock record reconciliation, update inventory, and implement effective inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Cost Reduction : Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across warehouse operations without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) : Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiencies, focusing on accuracy, safety, and operational consistency.
- Hands-On Support : Provide support across the warehouse as needed, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Collaboration with Operations Director : Work remotely with the Operations Director (based in Sydney) and provide regular updates on performance, challenges, and team progress.
