We’re looking for a PLS-Survey Project Manager to join our Lake Oswego Survey Team — someone who’s ready to lead, solve problems, and shape projects from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead survey projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, field crews, and office staff
- Supervise research, computations, fieldwork, and drafting
- Troubleshoot field issues and ensure high-quality data collection and analysis
- Oversee survey standards and processes across the team
- Conduct boundary research and resolutions under PLS review
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes for proposals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and clients informed

✅ What You Bring
- Licensed PLS (4 years preferred; OR license a strong plus)
- 6 years of combined field and office survey experience
- Proven client-facing and business development experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, point cloud processing, and Trimble equipment a bonus
- Experience with municipal/government projects is a plus
