Summary

As a Job Specialist DRS division at PACE Enterprises, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities throughout their journey to employment. This position involves assessing talents, providing training, and facilitating connections with employers in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling and mentorship to help clients develop their talents according to the client's action plan.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate job placement by connecting clients with local employers.
• Support clients during the interview process and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with community organizations to enhance workforce development initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong background in social work or related fields is preferred.
• Proven mentoring skills and ability to inspire others.
• Experience in workforce development or recruiting is an advantage.

Pay: $12.50 per hour
