About The Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Process Workers who are available for ongoing work with an immediate start. As our Process Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Stacking cartons on pallets
- Wrapping of pallets
- Pick and pack of eggs into cartons
- Loading cartons of eggs onto conveyor belts
- Working at a fast pace
- Repetitive tasks
- Standing and bending for long periods
Role Details
- Rotating roster, 40-hour week
- AM shift – 6.45AM – 2.45PM
- Must have availability to work seven days a week.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a working in a packing/production environment.
- Used to working to a fast pace in a high-pressure setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, and lifting loads.
- Clear communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team.
- Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures.
- A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening, is required before you begin.
- A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
