We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team, covering Southern Ohio and parts of West Virginia.

Position Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will represent Pace Inc. and our premier brand of SCAG Power Equipment and other allied lines. You’ll be responsible for maximizing sales, growing market share, and strengthening dealer relationships throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective independent dealers
- Promote and sell SCAG and allied products through in-person visits, calls, emails, and presentations
- Support dealers with product knowledge, sales strategies, and identifying equipment best suited to their customers’ needs
- Conduct product demonstrations for dealers, landscapers, municipalities, and other end users
- Monitor competitors and market conditions, and share insights through dealer trainings
- Identify opportunities to enhance dealer staff performance across sales, service, and parts departments
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and trends through training and industry engagement
- Prioritize activities based on sales potential and strategic importance
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of field sales experience, or equivalent education in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to prospect, close sales, and meet/exceed goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, research/navigate websites and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnights and some weekends/evenings
- Ability to drive a pick-up truck with pulling enclosed trailer
Preferred:
- Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry or similar technical sales environment
- Product knowledge of SCAG or comparable commercial-grade outdoor equipment
Additional Details
This is a full-time, on-the-road position based within your assigned territory. Occasional travel outside the region may be required for meetings, conventions, and dealer events.
