Overview
The Regulatory Coordinator will work within the healthcare business area with medical device packaging regulations. The employee's primary projects will involve data acquisition, aggregation, and analysis of large data sets, process automation, and driving data quality in support of the clients new IT Architecture.
This position will combine regulatory and healthcare with coding and programming. We are looking for an ambitious candidate who wants to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
U.S. Export Control laws and U.S. Government Department of Defense contracts and sub-contracts impose certain restrictions on companies and their ability to share export-controlled and other technology and services with certain "non-U.S. persons" (persons who are not U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., refugees, "Temporary Residents" (granted Amnesty or Special Agricultural Worker provisions), or persons granted asylum (but excluding persons in nonimmigrant status such as H-1B, L-1, F-1, etc.) or non-U.S. citizens.

Responsibilities
- Handle, review, and enter data associated with medical device regulations
- Organize and maintain updated division spreadsheets using Excel
- Collect data/documentation for various products
- Research and find solutions to apply to projects
- Share and communicate during daily scrum meetings
- Acquire metadata to populate various upload templates
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related science
- Experience with databases, Excel, and other spreadsheets
- Python, and/or SQL experience preferred
- Snowflake, Power BI, Jira, and ETL experience nice to have.
- Experience with large data sets
- Strong independent worker with a focus on team's goals
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
