Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Record Management: Maintain both paper and electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Audit and Quality Control: Audit medical records for accuracy, detect misfiles, and ensure timely, complete documentation.
- Collaboration & Support: Work with external providers to obtain necessary medical records and data, and assist with internal and provider audits.
- Confidentiality & Privacy: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive participant information and handle release of information requests (ROI).
