PACE of Southwest Michigan is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides comprehensive care to seniors with chronic care needs, enabling them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Our care team consists of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, therapists, and transportation staff who collaborate daily to ensure comprehensive care.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide leadership to the nursing and clinic staff
- Address patient care needs and ensure quality of care
- Manage schedules, patient assessments, care coordination, and collaborate with the care team
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered license/certificate to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse
- Valid MI Driver's License
- CPR certification by AHA
- At least two (2) years of clinical experience, preferably in SNF, hospital, or ambulatory setting
- Supervisory experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge
- High level of autonomy for clinical and management decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule
- Able to work within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) setting
