As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant/Customer Care Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this role will change for day to day, an overview would be:
Customer Service: Answer the main office line and transfer calls as needed.
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Transfer calls and relay messages accurately and promptly.
Administrative Support: Assist the Operations Manager and Owner in various day-to-day tasks.
Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
Support order processing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Embrace a dynamic work environment where responsibilities may vary day-to-day.
Be open to taking on additional tasks and adjusting priorities as needed.
Quickly adapt to changing situations and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Assist in drafting and proofreading written communications, including emails and official documents.
Maintain a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve administrative and customer service challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
