Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:   

• Coordinate and oversee warehouse inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movement within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Schedule and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Communicate with warehouse teams, drivers, and customers to address any shipment or inventory issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, warehouse best practices, and compliance standards.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational audits to support continuous improvement.

What does it take to work for Pace? 

• High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.
• One to four years of related experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
• Previous Bearware software experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to multi-task required.
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Physical Requirements: 

• Tasks may involve occasional stooping, kneeling, bending; and reaching overhead; as well as the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull objects/materials weighing up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 50lbs.
• Tasks may involve extended periods of standing.
• Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
• Some tasks may require the ability to perceive and discern sounds and visual cues or signals.
• Ability to communicate orally.
• Able to work around moving machinery.
• Warehouse environment, exposure to dust, loud noise and outdoor temperatures.
