Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for driver, operations, customer or safety issues.
- Identify appropriate resolution paths for multiple issues with an ability to identify appropriate stakeholders.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails and other communications while working to resolve issues and / or directing communications to the appropriate department for resolution or escalation.
- Compile information and issue daily reports reflective of customer-specific requirements.
- Support Sales and Operations in any way necessary to provide the ideal customer experience while always promoting the Company's Core Values.
- Efficiently and diplomatically communicate and distribute information to various personnel within the Company.
- Utilize software and telephone communications to dispatch drivers from multiple locations throughout the United States.
- Engage in other projects and tasks as assigned.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
