Pace Staffers is currently seeking a Customer Service team member to join our friendly, fast-paced and professional team. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and proven experience interacting with clients and providing solutions to any issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers about any problems with their account.
- Manage customer interactions in a way that promptly solves customers' problems.
- Assist customers to verify billing information, collect payments, or resolve service issues.
- Demonstrate a high degree of technical expertise and knowledge of relevant products and services.
- Answer questions from customers about services that the company offers.
- Prepare and submit reports detailing account activity or service issues.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep calm in a difficult situation and help the customer
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
- Multitasking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.98 - $23.44 per hour
