Responsibilities:
- Assist customers about any problems with their account.
- Manage customer interactions in a way that promptly solves customers' problems.
- Assist customers to verify billing information, collect payments, or resolve service issues.
- Demonstrate a high degree of technical expertise and knowledge of relevant products and services.
- Answer questions from customers about services that the company offers.
- Prepare and submit reports detailing account activity or service issues.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep calm in a difficult situation and help the customer
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
- Multitasking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.72 - $21.94 per hour
