Duties

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during promotional events, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and customer interactions to inform future strategies.
- Assist in training staff on promotional strategies and customer service best practices.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, improve promotional efforts, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate and implement sales promotions and campaigns to increase product visibility and customer loyalty.
