Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – 18-Month Contract

In this role, you will play a role in ensuring the quality performance of products and processes that are used by a leading medical manufacturing firm. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to manage non-conformances, take corrective actions, and play a role in ongoing process improvements. Your expertise in quality management, particularly within the medical device industry, will be key to getting you an offer for an 18 MONTH contract.   

What You’ll be Doing…

·        Ensure product and process quality. Collaborate with ops and biz teams to maintain quality standards. 

·        Oversight internally identified non-conforming products, manufacturing complaints, and product field actions and investigations, including timely closure of non-conformances (NCs) and Corrective Action Preventative Action records (CAPA), This client uses TrackWise.

·        Collaborate with suppliers to address non-conformances, manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs).

·        Perform critical assessments of current processes, support process and equipment validations – analyzing quality data, maintain KPIs, and lead or contribute to developing new procedures.

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the medical device industry.

·        Experience in CAPA management, supplier quality activities, Trackwise, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Expertise in quality management standards (ISO 13485, GDP, GMP) and familiarity with regulatory agencies (FDA, TUV, MoH).

·        Demonstrated knowledge of key quality concepts (e.g., Risk Management, CAPA, Audits, DMAIC, DFSS).

·        Proven ability to utilize leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive successful project completion.

• Contract Length: 18-Months

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Pay Rate: $41 - $50 per hour
