About the Role :

Pace Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced AV Technical Manager to join our team, serving one of our premier healthcare clients in Chicago. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audiovisual system troubleshooting and management, with expertise in video conferencing, classroom and auditorium setups, and event AV installations. This role requires on-site presence five days a week and offers an excellent opportunity to work with high-level executives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

AV System Management :

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of video conferencing systems, classroom and auditorium setups, and event AV installations.

Ensure seamless operation of executive conference room AV systems, supporting meetings with high-level stakeholders.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting :

Diagnose and resolve AV system issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support to ensure optimal system performance.

Collaboration & Communication :

Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their AV requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.

System Expertise :

Leverage a working knowledge of Crestron and other professional AV systems to implement and optimize technology solutions.

Stay current with emerging AV technologies and best practices to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications :

Proven experience with video conferencing systems, classroom / auditorium AV setups, and event AV configurations.

Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of AV system diagnostics.

Demonstrated proficiency with Crestron and other professional AV manufacturer systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-level executives.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Willingness to work on-site in Chicago, five days a week.
