Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of advanced electronic systems and components. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a proven track record of delivering innovative electronic designs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Development :
Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of electronic circuits and systems for soldering and rework systems including BGA installation and removal machines.
Manage multiple design projects, from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to improve product performance and cost efficiency.
Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and production units, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
Generate and maintain detailed design documentation, including BOMs, test reports, and electrical drawings.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
