Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting our PACE program, increasing community awareness, and driving engagement through various marketing strategies. This position requires a creative individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for making a difference in the lives of the elderly.
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee social media platforms, organize community events in collaboration with local partners, and handle event promotion, including designing flyers and other advertising materials. This role also involves educating the community and referral sources about the PACE Your LIFE program. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will work to build and enhance the PACE Your LIFE brand’s visibility and drive referrals and enrollments, contributing to ongoing enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing strategies to reach potential participants, their families, and community partners.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Enrollment to set goals and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, brochures, and newsletters.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the PACE program's mission, values, and services accurately.
- Manage and update the organization's social media profiles.
Community Outreach and Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and informational sessions to promote the PACE program.
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and direct mail.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for review by senior management.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s online reputation and address any concerns or feedback from the community.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing & enrollment team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
