We are seeking a skilled Lean Facilitator to facilitate events and process change using lean methodology and tools to drive continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards.
- Develop effective work teams and motivate individuals to meet goals and objectives and provide customer services in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Perform effective oral presentations to large and small groups and to various levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field.
- Two years of experience leading lean events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
