DESIGNER
POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Production Designer to produce polished, on-brand visual content. In this role, you’ll create a wide range of materials—from sales decks and one-pagers to digital ads and flyers—that drive business conversations and customer engagement. You’ll report to the Creative Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-volume design work with consistency and excellence.
This role is scheduled to last from 5/1/25-12/19/25. East coast hours required. We are eligible to hire candidates located in the following states.
- NC, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ME, MI, NJ, NY, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, OH
WHAT WE OFFER:
- The salary for this position will range from $47,500-60,000 ( 64,125- 76,625 for NYC/CA) depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Design and produce sales enablement materials, including presentations, flyers, case studies, and one-pagers.
- Work within brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all outputs.
- Apply layout and production best practices to high-volume, quick-turn projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute work.
- Make edits and updates to existing materials as needed, maintaining a high level of accuracy and version control.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and organize production files and templates for team use.
Perform other design-related tasks as needed.
WHAT WE’D LIKE TO SEE:
Education:
BFA in Graphic Design or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Experience:
- 2 years in a design or production role, ideally in-house or at a fast-paced agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, PowerPoint, Word.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Excellent layout, typography, and production skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects at once and hit deadlines without compromising quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Clear communicator who can take feedback and apply it effectively.
