We are looking for a marketing strategist with new business savvy to join our passionate marketing team. As a key player on the marketing solutions and new business team, the marketing strategist is accountable for working with the Managing Director and Marketing Director to provide marketing and business development support.
We are looking for both a thinker and a doer; entrepreneurial thinkers and self-starters. A go-getter that likes to make things happen vs. waiting for things to happen. Someone that enjoys helping to solve marketing challenges and mining for new business leads as much as they enjoy collaborating with team members to craft agency blog posts, articles, emails, newsletters, and case studies.
This position requires exceptional internal collaboration across agency teams. The Marketing Strategist will report to the Marketing Director.
Pace operates on a hybrid schedule working from the Greensboro, NC office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays and from home the rest of the week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Become a Pace brand steward with a command over Pace’s business goals / objectives, brand aspirations and competitive landscape.
- Lead crafting of select agency blog posts and articles.
- Maintain agency case study library.
- Collaborate with internal teams : Marketing, Client Solutions, Project Management, Interactive, Strategy, Analytics.
- Collaborate on agency content and social strategy.
- Lead execution of agency newsletters.
- Collaborate with both Managing Director and Marketing Director to uncover and mine new business leads.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through execution.
- Collaborate with team to ensure on-time, on-strategy, on-budget delivery of required project assets.
- Establish day-to-day priorities across multiple projects.
- Work with Pace leadership as an advocate for innovation and excellence in all services provided.
- Embody the “Create with Heart” culture and values of Pace.
ABOUT YOU : Education :
BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Experience :
4-6 years of experience in marketing strategy, account services or new business position in an advertising, digital or marketing services agency.
