Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts search and selection functions to identify qualified candidates through sourcing, gathering resumes, and interviewing.
- Counsels hiring managers on job requirements, coordinates interviews, and assists with making job offers.
- Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources administration or a closely related field, with two years of professional human resources experience in search and selection.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, proficiency in computer applications, and knowledge of applicable employment laws, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
