We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations & Event Manager who will support a wide variety of marketing initiatives at PaceMate™. This role is key to the continued growth and increasing sophistication of the PaceMate™ marketing organization through ideation, management, and execution of customer-facing activities.
The Marketing Operations and Events Manager will work with marketing team members and partner agencies to support a wide variety of projects, including management of the full conference and event portfolio, sponsorship and engagement opportunities, project management enablement including campaigns, social media, marketing store and other operational activities. Additionally, this team member will work cross-functionally, engaging with product, human resources, executive team leadership, operations, clinical and communication functions. Key activities include management and coordination of marketing activity calendars, deadlines, and content, support of product marketing efforts, sales support, and content development. The candidate must be highly organized and self-motivated, operating independently to make sure that deadlines are met, and relationships are maintained.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage PaceMate’s domestic (and future international) conference presence, including ownership of the types of events attended and scope of PaceMate™ presence. Management of the conference budget, planning and execution of each
- Day-to-day conference and sponsorship planning responsibilities as necessary, including scoping, planning, budget setting and management, contract-drafting, reservations and vendor management, timeline and project management, reporting and documentation.
- Management of outside vendors and direction of resources including booth build, marketing and event agencies, customer support materials, conference messaging, show operations and assimilation of required materials.
- Own bespoke events from planning through execution, including support of meetings, events, webinars, or specialized customer or KOL meetings Manage marketing calendars including, conference, content, social media, PR and campaigns
- Manage social media, public relations and analyst relations programs, including media outreach, analyst briefings, enabling and streamlining engagement with third-party groups
- Management of the marketing store, including order rectification and new products
- Management of resource folders, making sure that content is up to date
- Engagement with agency and freelance relationships for content, copy, and graphics where necessary, in particular related to social media and conference management.
- Enable content generation by the marketing team members for the building of new PaceMate™ materials through third party vendors, freelancers, copywriters, and internal brand messaging ability to make simple WordPress changes as necessary to support new content builds
- Support campaigns that drive expansion of and within our customer base.
- Support the analysis of content and messaging performance on PaceMate’s website, SEM/SEO properties, and other programs to make meaningful iterative improvements
- Stay up to date on competitive intelligence and market trends, and provide guidance to the product and sales teams on how to differentiate PaceMate™ in the marketplace

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 6 years of professional marketing/education/product experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated record of being a highly organized, self-motivated, team member
- Experience in SaaS marketing or cardiology medical device strongly preferred
- Fluency in project/team management tools (ex. Smartsheet, Monday, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Cross functional team leadership experience required
- Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships in all levels of the organization and indirectly influencing business objectives
- Outstanding organizational capabilities, and setting and managing expectations with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as individual contributor or as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements
- CRM and MA tool experience is preferred (ex. Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
