Pacer Advisors is looking to fill the position of Portfolio Management Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in all stages of the investment management process, impacting various segments of the firm.
As a Portfolio Management Analyst, you will work closely with the investment team, developing both quantitative and qualitative skills. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects under time constraints, communicating with various teams, and meeting deadlines with extreme attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of the asset management industry, with at least 5 years of prior experience. You must have excellent Excel skills and experience with FactSet and Bloomberg. A CFA or CAIA designation is not required but encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate rebalances across all funds using various tools and methodologies.
- Communicate with brokers on trading functions and understand tax scenarios and implications.
- Evaluate and review existing and potential indexes through solid understanding of economic, financial, fundamental, and technical aspects of investing.
- Provide regular communications and insights to the Sales team for use with financial professionals and the investing public.
