Position title : Administrative Associate
Duration : 13 - 26 weeks (3 to 6 months)
Shift / Hours : 5x8 Days (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
Job Summary :
- Position performs department / unit administrative activities including, but not limited to, routine office, clerical, and customer service duties.
- Supports the smooth operation of the department / unit through a wide variety of assignments and ensures quality assistance and service related to processing work requests, triaging calls and visitors.
- Schedules people and activities and recognizes and respects confidential information.
- Works with external, inter and intra departmental teams to support department / unit.
