The North Carolina (NC) Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in collaboration with our partners protects the health and safety of all North Carolinians and provides essential human services. North Carolina s DHHS is one of the largest most complex agencies in the state and has approximately 18000 employees. It is responsible for providing human service needs for special populations including individuals who are deaf blind developmentally disabled and mentally ill and helping poor North Carolinians achieve economic independence.
Within DHHS the Division of Health Benefits (DHB) arranges and reimburses for health care services for the most vulnerable North Carolina residents. With a budget of nearly XX14 billion DHB serves 1.8 million lowincome parents children seniors and people with disabilities through the N.C. Medicaid program.
Job Description / Duties :
Support Provider Operations activities to ensure the accurate timely and costeffective implementation of
new and existing processes and functionality in both the NCTracks system and the new Provider Data
Management / Credentials Verification Organization (PDM / CVO) modules to includes requirements
Customer service requests service tickets file maintenance requests defects training and testing.
Play an active role partnering with business leaders teams and stakeholders to understand and gain in
depth understanding of critical business requirements.
Analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
Liaison between the Business and the technical resources.
Assist with other projects and activities as needed.
