Job Title : Engine Mechanic
Location : San Diego, CA 92121, San Diego, CA
Duration : 6 Months
Pay rate : $28.05 - $42.89 / Hr. On W2
Responsibilities :
- Actively participates, learns, and applies knowledge to support the disassembly, cleaning, and assembly of aero-derivative engines such as LM6000, LM2500 and LMS100 gas turbine modules and engines.
- Works independently and may support team and other experienced Engine Mechanics by preparing tools, equipment, materials, sketches, and technical information, etc. Performs a large array of tasks and activities, as needed, to ensure delivery of time.
- Performs inspections of gas turbine engines, components, and hardware for serviceability in accordance with technical specifications, routers, manuals, or other quality verification criteria.
- Adherence to all Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures. Maintains accurate records and ensures proper documentation via the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Work as scheduled, on time and every day.
- Observe the "Three Circles" with a particular focus on our Values.
- Ability and willingness to work OT.
- All other duties assigned by Leadership, Engines Leads and SME's.
