Job Requirement:
- Must have NM or Compact License
- Must have 2 years of RN Labor and Delivery
- BLS, NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring, ACLS
- Float Requirements: Special Care Nursery
- Additional Notes: Facility does LDRP care for their mother's. They also keep the newborns in the room with mother's, practicing a baby friendly model where infants and their mothers are cared for by the same nurse.
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Antepartum, Intrapartum, Post-Partum, circulating for C Sections, PPBTL, D&Cs, management of hemorrhage
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Same as above
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Antepartum, Intrapartum, Post-Partum, Pre-eclampsia, inductions, C sections
Personality Fit: Flexible, team player, positive attitudeRequired Education: ADN or BSN
