Title: HEDIS RN Knoxville

Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $38.00-40.00/HR
Qualifications
Must have active RN license in the state of Tennessee HEDIS experience is preferred, but not required Experience in chart review/chart abstraction preferred Regional travel involved Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills Excellent telephone and communication skills required Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required Must successfully complete the training program offered, and meet & maintain acceptable performance goals Responsibilities: Individual will be responsible for request for records, scheduling appointments at provider offices for the retrieval, performing on-site retrieval of records at practice group locations and review and abstraction of specific medical record data related to HEDIS hybrid measures. The records will be obtained via scanning, copying, office EMR system, downloading on secure encrypted ironkey, or other electronic means. The data will be entered into a HEDIS software system after complete and accurate review. He/she will represent client in professional manner. Individual should have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and medical record review experience preferred. Computer proficiency is required, and experience with electronic data transfer and use of removal media device is desired. Professional appearance, current valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for project participation, unless deemed for abstraction of records onl
