Job Title: Molecular Biologist / Scientist
Duration: 12 Months
Location: West Point, PA 19486
Shift Hours: M-F 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in life science related fields with at least 2 years of lab experience.
• Master's Degree in life science related fields.
Skills:
• Requires at least one year experience in the application of Molecular Biology laboratory techniques in industrial or academic settings.
• Experience in the use of basic laboratory techniques, including ELISA, DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, protein and nucleic acid gel electrophoresis, cloning, restriction enzyme digests, transformations, etc.
Note:
• 12 months assignment. Lab based role. 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out standard operating procedures involving basic laboratory techniques, operation of laboratory equipment and record keeping necessary to a research laboratory.
• Responsible for E-notebook records.
