- Cost Reduction Strategies: Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to enhance profitability and competitiveness.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with site leadership to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Inventory and Asset Management: Oversee spare parts consumption, maintain asset integrity, and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular data analysis and insights to site management, Ops Control, and Investment Directors, enabling informed decision-making.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience in financial analysis.
- Proven analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with experience in creating detailed reports and presenting findings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
