Pacer Group is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new client acquisition and market expansion in the Greater Austin, TX area. This role is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth within the staffing and workforce solutions industry.
The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, a strong background in B2B sales, and experience selling staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions to mid-sized and enterprise organizations. Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development (New Logo Acquisition)
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across industries such as technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services.
- Prospect through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage decision-makers and showcase Pacer’s staffing solutions.
- Present compelling sales proposals and staffing solutions that address client workforce challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience : 3 years in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition in the staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry.
Sales & Growth Mindset : Proven track record of prospecting, pitching, and closing new business.
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of MSP programs, contingent workforce solutions, direct hire placements, and contract staffing.
Relationship Management : Ability to engage and build trust with hiring managers, HR teams, and MSP contacts.
Results-Oriented : Driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
Tech-Savvy : Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Austin Market Focus : Strong knowledge of the Greater Austin business landscape and staffing needs.
