Key Responsibilities

- Utilize cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events to cultivate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Devise and implement a strategic outreach plan to engage key decision-makers and effectively showcase our staffing solutions.
- Craft and present persuasive sales proposals that directly address client workforce challenges.

- Market Expansion & Strategic Sales Growth

- Client Engagement & Relationship Building

- Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights, hiring trends, and strategic workforce solutions.
- Conduct introductory meetings and regular client check-ins to ensure alignment and foster enduring partnerships.
- Support the transition of newly acquired clients to the account management team while remaining engaged to drive growth.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work alongside recruiting and delivery teams to effectively meet and exceed client needs.
- Provide insights on market conditions, hiring challenges, and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales leadership team to ensure consistent messaging across all business development efforts.
- Performance Tracking & Sales Metrics
