Responsibilities:
- This role will encompass all aspects of supporting an industry leading clinical laboratory, from supporting histopathology digital image internalization from vendors to using IT platforms that allow for data processing and laboratory data management that will help drive biomarkers and program development strategies.
- Understand and manage the use of external collaboration tools and cloud computing to support data and image internalization.
- Support teams through processing and reporting of information using various query and database integration tools.
- Understand and support the integration of disparate data sources.
- Manage quality control, process, and associated documentation required to support information management activities.
Requirement:
- Understanding of the use of databases and collaboration tools to process and internalize data and images from vendors.
- Experience in utilizing technology and various artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) platforms
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS S3) and related basic programming including script writing (Python, Linux, and R).
- Familiar with laboratory instrumentation and various tracking systems.
- Familiar with data processing techniques and pipeline building.
- Familiar with laboratory IT systems including different LIMS systems.
