This role involves reporting daily to our larger stores, traditionally staffed with two sales consultants.
The successful candidate will assist full-time sales consultants in large stores, focusing on writing orders in the sales system while allowing full-time consultants to receive volume and commission.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting full-time sales consultants in large stores.
- Writing orders in the sales system while allowing full-time consultants to receive volume and commission.
- Supporting daily business activities including inventory management, price tagging, ISTs, and floor maintenance.
- Filling in for sales consultants on sick leave, vacation, or during professional development opportunities.
- Providing flexible support across multiple locations.
