Responsible for conducting standardized tests on a diverse range of aviation equipment. This role involves meticulous recording and analysis of test results to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute industry-specific tests on aviation equipment, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Record detailed observations and analyze data to identify performance trends and potential issues.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to guarantee accurate measurements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine testing procedures and enhance equipment reliability.
Contribute to the development of safety guidelines and best practices within the aviation industry.
Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
Knowledge of industry-specific tests and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, drop mics, bore gauges, inside/outside micrometers).
Experience with torque wrench use and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
Ability to work under direct supervision and accomplish goals with limited experience and judgment.
Creativity and latitude required for problem-solving.
Ability to lift weights exceeding 30 lbs. and handle physical risks associated with testing.
Reporting Structure: Typically reports to a supervisor.

Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system. It is imperative that the registration is completed as soon as possible after receipt of registration invitation in order to assign the Fieldglass Worker # to the contingent worker. This Fieldglass Worker # is required to properly setup the worker in TWB for time reporting by HON manager. Your attention to this process will eliminate delays in receipt of worker hours and invoice creation.
