Job Title: CT Technologist
Shift: 8-hour evening shift (40 hours)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Pacer Healthcare Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate GE Revolution and Siemens CT scanners to perform various scans, including chest, abdomen, pelvis, and head scans
- Assist in the preparation of patients for scans, ensuring they are comfortable and positioned correctly
- Develop and implement CT stroke protocols to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment
- Perform CTA perfusion studies and other specialized scans as needed
- Maintain accurate records of scan results and patient information
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting
- Proficient in inserting IVs and working with EPIC software
- Active certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT, IEMA
- Experience with Inpatient/Outpatient/ER scans, including calcium scoring and general anatomy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with biopsy and drain procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
