Overall Purpose of Job

Work as a part of a team to assemble, pack and ship product with high attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Functions

• Use of hand and power tools to produce or process finished goods
• Must be able to read and follow standard work instructions
• Align and install components, test for form, fit and function
• Ability to kit multiple pieces and parts with speed and accuracy

• Stay focused to ensure correct quantities.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks as needs change.
• Ability to assist other areas as needed

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, sit or bend while performing tedious work.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 65 lbs.
• Ability to communicate and perform basic problem solving skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and take direction from Manager.

Job Type

• Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Overtime as needed to support customer demand

Starting Pay Range:

· $14 to $19 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
